We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
All sale items are final purchases.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable) such as any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed. You will need to confirm your banking details in order for the refund to be processed. You could also request a store credit or gift card. Payment will be made within 14 days of product received back in good order.

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges (if applicable)
If you would like to exchange a product please contact us at [email protected] We will arrange collection of the item and make the necessary arrangements for the exchange.
Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
